In any season, Seaview Solstice is a charming retreat from the hectic world. It was my home for a year when I lived on the Peninsula and we're now pleased to offer it to you as a completely non-smoking vacation rental. Built in 1946, our three bedroom cottage is nestled among many 19th century historic homes. Seaview was once a summer getaway for the wealthy during the time when trains ran along mainstreet up the peninsula. While the trains are long gone, you can still see and feel the charm of a long ago era.

Located on the corner of 45th Place and L Street, it's a short walk to the beach and several of the area's best restaurants. From the upstairs bedroom, you will fall asleep to the gentle sound of the ocean. Many of our guests have been coming year after year. We've hosted wedding parties, family reunions, and quiet romantic getaways. Well behaved dogs with thoughtful owners are welcome.
